Particle Filters

We develop and produce high quality Particle Filters for diesel exhaust gases. To find the ideal individual solution in consideration of costs, immobilization time and filter efficiancy rate, we offer both, open, as well as closed filter systems.

Open filter systems are characterized by high robustness and long durability also at difficult application conditions. Closed filter systems have a very high filter rate of ca. 99%. A lot of the filters we offer already have a PMK (= Partikelminderungsklasse = particle reduction level) approval by the Kraftfahrtbundesamt (Federal Bureau of Motor Vehicles and Drivers) for the green environmental badge.

• Usage of filter monoliths of different suppliers – we always use the most effective solution for your application.
• Manufacturing of 1:1 systems – the old silencer will be removed and will be replaced by an integrated Filter-Silencer-System.
• Complete systems with Pipe system to be connected to the exhaust manifold respectively to the turbo chager.
• We engineer low-maintanance or maintanance-free filter systems for you.
